A six-track album called, "the true soundtrack to Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid," a flawed movie with some subsequent flawed "director's cuts." There are at least three different versions of this movie, which also features the flawed acting of one, Bob Dylan.

What isn't as disputed is this: that Mr. Dylan's soundtrack to Pat Garret & Billy the Kid is flawed. Some of his best, most memorable in the public-eye singles have come from movies, and his soundtrack stands as a testament that a throwaway, one off song can marker your whole career for a lifetime.

I seek to challenge Dylan's stranglehold on this movie by providing an instrumental that I feel captures Sam Pekinpah's hidden emotions which underly the whole film. To this I present my version of the "truth," this soundtrack.
